secret video ending

Hey guys just finished up the game last night and got the hidden video. Have to say very confused by what I saw. Just some 240p phone video of a guy getting mugged and then a not quite jump scare. Just wondering if anyone knew what the hell was going on there and if I missed something?

Went and played the first game for more context, most likely answer is that it is Jeffrey from the breathing and general mental instability/weirdness.

Throughout the first game's ending pagers a single person continues to message Nicole about how they like killing people and how they will stalk her. The only thing pointing to the sender being Jeffrey is the fact a few of them mention being bullied and not being able to get a girlfriend.

The first game's pagers all mention how they are going to snap soon, likely the trip to the mental institute was the result of that.

The video itself shows someone with an annoying pant stealing a McDonald's wristwatch with what looks like the word "Pizza" on it. Something as specific as that could only really be something an online forum told Jeffrey on how rare it was.

It doesn't explain why Jecka says "What about me" at the end, but that's my best guess.
Anyways, it's a dumb satire visual novel, I doubt it's that important to look further into.

Yeah after I Posted it this I though eh maybe thy're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me. Doing sort of a FNAF thing but like it means nothing to be like it's dumb to focus on this stuff. I was editing footage into a video today on it and only noticed that the person who pops up was jecka. Maybe they're going to focus on Jecka in the next release or something? Good shout on it being jeffery. I thought it was Kylar hopped up on pain meds cause of the wheel chair and that maybe it was his busted knee acting up.

so a few friends and i played the games last night. we thought that there was something weird with the zodiac killer message that you get in the first game and did some digging in the files. in the "endings" file there was a few text files that didn't match up with what was in game and a "completed" text file that has several scenes written in it.

but that is all that jumped out to us at the time.

so we played the second thinking nothing of it. when we got to the video ending we all beveled that there is some sort of ARG that the creators are trying to do. so we dug into the files once again and saw a "bread crumbs" file. all that's in there is the same things from the first games "ending" file.

one of the guys remembered about the pizza guy from the first game and got curious about the number its coming from. its now a chick-fil-a i believe but apparently it used to be a pizza place.

then the whole Jeka thing. there is definitely something that the devs are trying to do here.

Have you noticed some kind of scrolling text in the main menu, like right on top of the class of 09 the re-up logo. Is there some kind of secret message?

ive tried looking for an 'endings' file on the re-up to place all of the extra ones that are hidden away in the main games files, yet i cannot find one

ive moved the endings files between each of the games, that did nothing, also SUPER suspicious that the folder for the endings is called breadcrumbs, even moving the completed.txt did nothing
