Colloquially "re-up" doesn't mean upgrade, it means more of something. Entirely new story stems like a new episode

You kinda just understand a lot more ♥♥♥♥. I 100% both and even I can't tell if it can be skipped. it sort of just feels like more of the same sort of story just from a slightly later starting point. The other game introduces characters a slight bit better (it takes place from when Nicole arrives till graduation, while re-up starts in the year after till usually a couple months into the year) while re-up has some higher quality stories in much shorter quantity. (7 stories instead of 15). Do what you want they both have the same sort of great content.

Same characters and setting, different stories. It's not that complicated. It's a silly comedy game, there's no deep lore to miss out on.

It wasn't about being weak or soft, i was summarizing that i wouldn't easily change who i am or what i'm about because you dangled a chance for a free game in front of me. No need to be making up words just because i said no.

How did you know I was totally trying to break you to change your mind about who you are and about with the shortest post in this thread. The second game can be thought of as an expansion pack. It just contains more storylines that don't require you to have played the previous game.
I'd recommend still playing the first game first because the storylines in the second game go off the rails way sooner. In the first game, Nicole's actions slowly ramp up in terms of evilness. In the second game she does completely unhinged sociopath stuff right off the bat.

So, some addition context here: "Re-Up" is a slang term used to say you are refilling your drug supply. Applying this to game means you are getting more of this style of jokes. (I guess. I had to look the term up on urban dictionary and the dev's twitter.)
