Boss drops

My 2 friends and I are questing together but when we defeated a boss only one of us got the weapon drop. we would fight it again but don't know how, even if we could. is there a way to repeat bosses or somehow get the weapon they drop cuz my friend wants to use it as it is the only weapon thus far that has good coordinates with his stats.

As far as I know, the only way to fight a boss again would be to join a random as they enter the boss zone. If a boss is already defeated by you and your friend then it won't respawn except for maybe a couple of exceptions for random field bosses.

You can purchase certain boss weapons at an npc in Boglink shrine so you can try looking there.

I see the NPC to buy weapons but it doesn't have the boss I'm looking for which is unfortunate. it was an odd situation because it has been the only boss to not drop a weapon for all three of us; even after our most recent play session, but thank you for the info.

You first encounter him before the frog rider knight, he is through a door on the middle left side of the map. Afterwards, he appears in Boglink shrine behind a wall that you can pass through. The wall is left of Igor where the stairs going up are.
