stuck at Morderlagger pit

My party is about level 36/37, but this pit is really tough for me, groups of 6 or 7 knights of Ni that do attacks that hit 3 characters (almost insta kills my mage if he's splashed), can't be slept or stunned. I'm lucky if I can kill a group, but you have to kill like 4 or 5 groups probably to pass, without a rest point. Any ideas? (guess I could buy lots of health potions and phoenix feathers but damn)

Phoenix feathers are cheap, and a few of them got me through it at the same level as you

I think you need to level up all you characters, their weapons and armours. I have three with level 47/46/43 and the other two 36/32, even with that levels the Morderlagger pit (i tried only one time to pass), still it's very difficult. Lots of health potions, phoenix feathers, Necromancer (you need one character to revive the others), and the most important...level up your party!

Is Morderlagger pit the last boss ? I am lv 38-43 and stuck there too. There is a way to skip it straight to the Morderlagger boss, just stack the Luck amulets on your characters (I played normally and had more than enough gold to buy a whole lot of them, then switch back your other equips before going into the boss lair), but still the Morderlagger is too difficult to kill, he dealt like 100+ damage per hit and he attacks 2-3 times per turn.. i brought lots of feathers and didnt even have a chance to use it

edit: just managed to beat him with like 7-8 feathers :) i used luck amulets to skip all the small foes to fight the boss with full hp and mana

mine was mage druid cleric warrior rogue , maybe its partly my equip and my skill builds, i couldnt get past the smaller waves to the last boss and had to resort to using the luck amulet to skip them all

if you get a bunch of luck necklances you will run into less fights luck +15 means you will never meet any monsters

Thanks, now this is a real tip, didn't think on getting luck amulets.I'm pretty sure my party can beat a single big boss, but 6-7 knights of ni several times without rest, that's not doable for them.

alternatively u can just spam pots after every fight.. i played the game normally and just did all the side quests and had around 10k gold (before buying the luck amulets), I think that is more than enough

i managed to get to the boss nearly kill him but he nearly took out my mage and i had like no gold not enough to reserect anyone and i knew that my mage wouldnt be able to take him out so i just used my chicken power (all i had to do was get to a tavern). dont push your team to hard or you might not be able to do any thing.

I'm at this stage now, not sure why they've jumped it from 35 to 65.

I really cba to grind just to finish this.
