How can I transfer my saves to a new computer?

Got a new computer and now I need to transfer my FM saves to it. I have no idea how to do it so please somebody help me.

move your saved game file to extenal hard drive or pen etc then put in saved games folder on new computer once game installed

send you save in an email to yourself, open up your email on the new computer and download your save to your new computer from your email.

Or just save on the Steam cloud.

move it on to a USB and put it back in the correct folder or use steam cloud
