Player Creation or Editing?

Is there a way to create or edit players in game? If not is there a thread explaining how to use the Workshop tool by chance?

Well you can only edit player while in a save using the In-game editor. (cost a bit of money, kinda worth it i would say)

here is a quick tutorial on how to use the data editor which can only be used separately from the actual game. so you can't edit or create people while in a save.
