Football manager 2014 on Windows 10

Hi, i've installed FM14 on my pc with Windows 10, the game crash before the matches (warm up) and in the loading screen. Anybody else had this problem ?

I have had zero problems running FM 14 on Windows 7, 8, and 10. So, yes it does or can work on Windows 10.

An SI moderator (not the same as a developer) said the following to the question of "Will FM14 work with Windows 10?":

"There are no guarantees as it was not developed with it in mind but it would be very unexpected if it didn't run on Windows 10 or via compatibility mode, companies would never be able to shift a new OS if older software & games didn't work on their latest OS. "

All I can say is that it works for some on Windows 10 but not for others. But it is misleading to state that it simply does not work with Windows 10. Try Compatibility Mode. Try submitting a ticket/bug/thread directly to SI. Also, make sure your graphics drivers are updated.

When i try to run it it gets stuck on a black loading screen. I sleep mode my laptop, log in again and its loaded! The only way round it for me so far...

I'm playing it on Windows10 64bit. What I had to do to get the matches to work was lower the in-game graphics setting for matches. Keep dropping it one notch until the game no longer crashes on the match screen.

To start the game(first screen) I need call for task manager and back to the game, after that I haven't no problem anymore.

in win 10 the 2 different windows sytem installing in your computer. So you must delete game and load different place or new windows folder.
2 differnet == win8 or win8.1 or win 7 + new windows upgrade. you can see windows old and windows folders...

I had the same issue with the game, until I solved it yesterday!

Click 'Steam' in the menu - upper lefthand corner. In the dropdown, click 'Check for Video Driver Updates...' And then follow the instructions from there.

I get a problem when pressing alt+tab, and my whole comp "freezes". The only solution then is to restart my comp. All my graphic-drivers are up to date. Ill try to re-install the game and see ifs anything different.

Hage - Play it in windowed mode instead and just shrink the game to do other stuff. Works fine for me.
