Thanks for answering without knowing what I am talking about
The IN-GAME editor NOT the PRE Game editor is a feature that was sold as and add on to the game and that allowed you to edit some featrures ingame.
For some unknown reason, if you have to reinstall the game (like after getting anew PC) it's not availaible anymore despite the fact that Sport Interactive and SEGA sold it to the players and now refuse to answer any request about it via customer services. It's litterally a scam and a theft
They make enough money that they're not trying to rip you off for the sake of a fiver.
It's just going to be the case that whatever method it used to check your purchase is no longer working because this is an old game and they really only support them for a few years at most.
Other than that, the free in-game editors worked well enough (just remember to make a copy of your latest save game before using it, in case it causes issues).
Thanks again for answering without having zero knowledge about the problem.
The Ingame editor is not available anywhere since who know who so It's not possible to do what you suggest.
And yes I don't care about how much money they made, it's still a rip off because a product I have purchased previously it's not showing and what is worst they just don't answer no matter how many times people contact them about the problem.
I am not the only user with this problem. I can understand about them not selling it anymore, but I expect that they still made it available for those who have paid for it and respond when asked about it.
I'd assume it's a lost cause. I have had the editor off now for like two years because of this.
It seems so. I've sent a message to SEGA support and they didn't even respond.
