Lore of the Land achievement not unlocking
This does achievement does not unlock after getting the last codex entry for the Realm of the Dead location.

Can you confirm that you see all the Echoes unlocked in the Codex menu?

Yes and I also got the achievement for all the Echoes.

If you had issues with this not unlocking, I had to have all the codex entries, then enter the final area and start the final bossfight, once I did that the achievement unlocked.
