Genuine question: What's the Sweet Baby stuff about?

That people don't purchase the game due to Denuvo I understand since I already heard plenty about Denuvo in the past, most recently in Endless Dungeon. I really liked the demo of this game and looked forward to the release despite Denuvo.

But upon checking the discussions, there seems to be another issue consisting of Sweet Baby, which is no term to me. Did I miss anything? Or rather what did I miss?
