This game's title makes it SOUND like it's from the Bandai Namco series "Tales of".

But it's not.

It can't even stand on it's own two legs, and it has to try to leech off of the fame of another game series.

When I saw "Tales of Kenzera" was being made, I legitimately thought it was a Tales Of game, it follows the same naming convention.

i've seen this kind of person before. OP is trying to spark a witch hunt by claiming this game is a ripoff.

same thing happened to Loop Odyssey (now known as Stuck in Time).

a group of people started claiming it was a ripoff of loop hero and insisted that it was no matter what anyone said or how much proof was provided. they even tried to weaponize the concept of "first impression" to force their lie to become true.

eventually, their BS resulted in a lawsuit iirc which resulted in the name change.

what this OP is hoping for is that enough people will take the bait and help push his lie until bamco takes legal action against this game under the claim of it being a ripoff.

There must be a grand-scale conspiracy of game title leeches. Just searching for a similarly generic phrase as "Tales of", I found totally UNRELATED games all sharing "The" in their title:

I have to somewhat agree with topic starter. The reason I clicked on this game was because I thought it was part of the jrpg ''Tales Of'' series. Then I checked the discussion tab, and sure enough, I wasn't the only one who thought so.

I don't think people looking for another ''Tales Of'' game will actually buy this, and even if they do, there's still the 2 hour refund time.

Enter "Tales of" into the Steam store search. There are literally dozens more non Tales series games than there are from the series that start on "Tales of".

I don't see OP posting this crap in those other discussion boards. There clearly is an agenda specifically targeting this game.
