"Q:How can a succubus race be in your game? Isn't that demonic?
A:The primary reason is because of the symbolism that can be told through the story. The in-universe explanation is that their race is called "succubus" based on their physical description. Actual (real) demons do not have physical bodies nor the kind of free-will that we humans have (since they, being angels have ever-present minds and made their decision to fall once and for all). Therefore, since the succubus race in-game is a free-willed humanoid being, they can receive valid sacramental justification/salvation through ordinary means."
Also in the in game encyclopedia it's stated that for Succubi/Incubi, when they like somebody they may produce a sweet scent that some might find alluring, but only the object of their affection would be able to smell it. They also have an ability to influence both their own, and the dreams of others. It then says you'd have to ask one to find out to what extent though so I guess you'd find out on Eva's route in the full game.
And this is just my personal opinion, but I assume they'd be more romantically inclined than other Monster races. The Succubus girl Eva in particular seems to like Romance Novels a lot (although she is too embarrassed to talk about them in the Demo.), but she might not represent her entire race in that regard.
