Why is it so hard to do submissions in this game? The computer gets me in one and i have to mash and mash the buttons but when i get the ai in a submission even mashing does nothing. This is so horribly done and coded it should be removed.

It works well for me. If you weaken the legs beforehand (when they are yellow or red) and then do a leg submisson, it becomes easier.

Will try, thanks gregory as i was not weakining the body parts. I thought just using a submission should be enough but i guess not.

Getting the AI to submit is doable. The problem is when the AI gets you into a submission hold. Often the AI will make you tap way too easily, even when you are not very hurt yet. That is definitely out of balance.

You can change the balance to suite you in the options. i.e. strength of each correct button press and wrong press for player and A.I. Just play around with that till you find a balance that's right for you.

Submission system is a bloody mess.

Even with red bodypart + injury(debuff icon) they still manage to escape in 9 out of 10 cases on NORMAL difficulty at the first attempt, even if used submission is a finisher. It's just ridiculously bad.

They need a new system for it.

i lowered the difficulty of submission when i'm receiving it and increased a bit while i'm applyig so that I don't lose randomly

I usually have issues making the AI tap with leg submissions, even if they sustained injury to their legs.

Its like with the pins , the more often u do them , the more likely u win ...... makes no sense , but thats my experience ....
