Every known issue and problem in my game
This is my last thread, because as the Mod said that 2K is aware of some of the problems, I can believe that they will fix those problems soon in a new patch, so I will list here the problems that me and many other people (that I talked to) have:

ORTON VS ROLLINS SHOWCASE
1 - I've bought the standard edition, so I could start to play the game only in March 8th, I've downloaded the game, and it ran nice, I started the showcase, and in Rollins vs Orton WM31 match, the game simply crashes in any moment of the match, I've tried every fix that the community told me to try (turn off the HUD, crowd density on 0, lower the graphics, etc) but nothing works and I just got Rollins counted out and proceeded without unlocking Rollins '15 and Orton '15, but this is the minor issue.

FIRST CRASHES
2 - After beating Showcase, I've tried to do a Royal Rumble, but EVERYTIME Number #15 was about to enter, the game crashed, so someone said that it might be WWE 2K23 files in conflict with 2K24 files, then I uninstalled 2K23 and 2K24, and then reinstalled 2K24 again.

DISABLED CONTROLS
3 - When I reinstalled the game, I tried to load a One on One match, and the game only allowed me to do Strikes (X), Run (LT) and Reversals (Y) so I tried to restart the match and the game simply crashed on the loading without any error message.

2K TICKETS
4 - I've sent a ticket to 2K in my language (Brazilian Portuguese) they answered me asking for error messages (whose I didn't get one), then some things like DxDiag and MSinfo files, I've sent and they identified some errors between Windows and the Game, so I've sent they the SFC details file and I'm waiting their answer since March 13th.

MY SPECS
AMD RX 6600
16GB RAM
Intel Core i5 7400
MSI 600v
But to be honest I don't think my specs are the problem because it was running very well in the first days before I uninstalled the game, and in Reddit and Twitter I've found many other people with the same problems as me, so I really don't think that the problem is my specs, I think there might be some file in conflict with other file that some PC's are affected and some PC's not.

I really with 2K to fix those errors in a 1.04 Patch soon because I've spent like U$50 (250BRL) to play it and I didn't even can do it, I have like 1 thousand hours of 2K19 and even almost 300 hours in 2K20 and 2K22, so I'm really hoping that they start to hear the community and starts to fix those problems.
And I really assume that I was kinda nervous and angry in the first days so I ended up spamming various different threads, but this time I rather merge all my threads in this to make it more simples and less confuse.

@gerador he's too much egocentric to assume his errors and waste his time throwing advertises at users instead of help them

I personally have put in many tickets about bugs and feedback. they dont seem to investigate it that often.

As a former QA engineer for 6 years i found it very strange they dont take the time to investigate things. half the bugs i personally reported a 6 year old could reproduce :)
You're talking about a different situation than the one bircio is talking about. They're talking about their own ticket not getting the response they expected and I'm trying to suggest reasons why that could be because I've got experience with the Support team.

On your point, I don't dispute that some bugs have been around for multiple games. But they should still be reported to 2K Support so they can essentially bump the previous report from the previous years on the issue. The Support team may not have the time or equipment (especially on PC) to reproduce the bugs themselves, their job is to confirm the issue is not on the user's end via troubleshooting, and then create reports with the help of the person sending in the ticket.

With your experience, you should know how specific you have to be with bug reports, however simple the issue is. If you're not talking about issues to the Support team towards that goal, it may be taken as simple feedback, which has a different path. My questions mimic that troubleshooting along with suggestions/possible solutions people have given over the years. It's why the first question is usually "What are your specs?" so that when they get to ticket creation, at least some of the relevant information they need is already at hand.

the community does not work for you :)
I'll have to assume you haven't read the pinned threads in that case as that's answered a couple of times in there. I'm just a normal player volunteering to keep the forums tidy and help where I can. I don't have any direct links to the developers, which is another reason I can only suggest the official ticket route.

yea i know i clashed with him a few times in prev 2k games :)

im not saying they need to catch every bug there some bugs that would be almost impossible to catch. but it seems like they dont catch the ones that should be 100 percent reproduced. one of QA job is to stop a patch or a release if their is a blocker issue. i dont work for 2k but when things like this happen its either 1. QA just dont have good testing methods, or 2 managers dont listen to the QA

so if they dont have the time or the equipment then they need to increase their workforce. them even having the game on PC should mean they should focus pc just as much as consoles.

i dont know if they use it or not but another solution for this would be them setting up autotests to test every function every feature for every pull request

Problem is, in this gaming climate, just because a bug is 100% reproducable doesn't mean it's possible to fix it before the schedule for the next patch allows.

That sounds like you're conflating 2K Support with the development team. Which workforce do you think they need to increase?

they could at least use their social media to say that they're aware of the problems

Testers / QA which ever they are called in the company. Regression testing.
durring a release of a patch every feature should be tested and retested this is how QA Regression testing works.

if they did that then they would fine these game breaking bugs at least the bigger ones such as crashes game mods not working at all such as online mode.

because they lack too much of communication

My earlier point about equipment was about the 2K Support team, not the QA testers. But don't forget that no team is going to have every possible PC hardware and software configuration that a customer could have.

And what if they're finding them and they can't fix them in time? They're not going to tell us if that's the case and I doubt the scheduled patch will be delayed unless it's an S-class bug.

There are many bugs with this game that everyone is having, no matter the hardware... crashing on the Seth vs Randy Showcase match for example. Even after the 1.03 patch it's still there.

What is that in response to, exactly?

Shouldn't even have to send a ticket or something like this.....at launch.
Agreed, we aren't QA testers. SvR 2006 you sure didn't have to submit tickets and QA test.
That game was developed around a year too. It's not like it had 3-5 year creation. So basically no excuses. Brand new too, not a carbon copy of SvR.

Every bug should have a ticket sent about it.
I've sent ONE ticket containing ALL problems that I've experiencied, but they IGNORED and sent me a generic answer, and I'll still making multiple threads until these problems are all fixed
I submitted a ticket too. Response I got was
Thanks for providing that info. I'll go ahead and escalate this to the appropriate team now. Unfortunately, I won't be able to provide any updates and there won't be an immediate fix for this however, please continue to watch our newly created Community pages to find any updates.
Then days later
As we can't pass on feedback through customer support, the WWE 2K Discord has been created as a place to share your insights and have meaningful conversations with others in the community about everything WWE 2K and WWE SuperCard.

I'm not trying to discuss anything, fix it, fix the bug, its a bug not a discussion.
