Not getting WWE points in universe mode matches?

This wasn't always the case but lately I'm not getting any reward for playing Universe mode matches, just says NONE at the end of the match. Any idea why?

Previous match was 4 1/2 stars and still got none.

Nope, not sure how to do that. Also randomly earned points after my third match.

I've had this issue too, only when doing rivalry matches, random matches were fine.

I m not getting any points for any of the matches any idea why.
