The Bray Wyatt Edition has everything. Meanwhile the Bray Wyatt Bundle is the base game plus a small pack of three extra guys who are modified versions of other guys already in the game.
40 Years, Deluxe and Bray Wyatt Editions are all for the most part just extra wrestlers and arenas in different degrees. Buy the Bray Wyatt Edition if you want everything, otherwise go with whatever your budget allows. I like having lots of wrestlers (and any custom parts they may unlock) but I didn't feel the need to shell out for additional historical versions of Mysterio, Macho Man, Rhea Ripley and the one Wrestlemania arena. The bi-monthly wrestler packs were enough for me. That's my opinion and my recommendation.
