MyFaction unlockables

This is my biggest issue with the game. I have the Bray Wyatt Edition, so everything you can buy, unlocked.

However, there are many characters (Alts of existing) that are still locked behind MyFaction.

I was late to this game, and missed on some promos and codes to assist, but the issue is the grind to unlock these alts is insane, 12 hours in to MyFaction and I cant even afford the cheapest Persona cards that unlock the alts.

MyFaction servers are likely to be shut down long before I build up enough in-game currency to unlock more than 2. I do not feel comfortable paying more actual money considering the cost of the Bray Wyatt edition to begin with.

This is something that shouldn't exist in the game, all alts should be able to be easily unlocked, especially when you purchase the most expensive edition.

2K can fix this, be more customer friendly which will make people feel better about a purchase with them.

If anyone has some tips to share, that would be great.

To the Devs, at the very least add a new way to unlock the alts, especially before MyFaction servers are shut down for the new game.

Idk, I have 600,000 MFP and 70,000 VC and still that is barely enough for 3-4 cards as those prices are very high - it is a turn-off for 2K25.

I asked about this on the Discord and this was the main plan to use to get the Personas.

Do weekly towers then Proving grounds on Legendary (the only way to unlock all of the medals needed), save MFP, then after those 2 things are done go for new packs as they have multiple personas and good odds. Or if there's only 1 or 2 you really want direct purchase from card market instead of packs.

I think if you log in consecutively for so many times (weekly streaks), random card packs also drop.

If you log into MyFaction at least 5 days out of 7 on a given week, you get a FREE! card pack! But we are just now, at the end of the game's lifetime, entering the territory where the card packs can drop the Superstars Series II filler cards. The absolute best you can get here is an Amethyst Roman Reigns '24 Persona card. It's the only Persona in the pack and it's of the highest-quality gem-type that can drop from it.

Before this, it was all packs with Superstars Series I fillers from the older, first-half-of-lifetime sets, and at best for our purposes those sets would be the likes of Singlet Supreme I (2 Personas) or Demastered (5 Personas! That was the whole set, before filler Superstars I). Nothing in those sets has been usable for some time if you wanted to compete, but they had that low chance of a Persona.

Personally at this point I think we're due for an upgrade to say, Wolfpac or Eras packs from the weekly loyalty freebies. Or I should say, we were due months ago.

I've made some progress but in reality I've got like 4 out of 30 persona's and now that WWE2K25 is out on early release for pre orders (I have played it already) I don;t think i'm likely to complete the list, and that's a big disappointment. I'll keep an eye out for codes, but since the new games will likely get more focus (plus I can only play one game at a time) I don't see that happening.

On the plus side, from what I can tell so far 2K25 doesn't have as many locked behind MyFaction (but that may change with new DLC).

I've made some good progress thanks to some tips in this thread.

I have also now played WWE 2K25 since I pre-ordered it and it's available now on early access.

It appears that fewer persona's are locked behind MyFaction, though I haven't played enough to say for sure, plus future DLC may change that.

Thanks for the comment, this did help me get more done, I've made progress, but will likely never finish it now, the new game is out on early access for those who pre-ordered the game. so i've started with that.

Good news, it seems, less persona's are locked behind MyFaction, at least for now.
