Is there a way to unlock/disable the locked Batista in MyGM?

Is there a way to unlock/disable the locked Batista in MyGM?

Every other locked character is "Inactive" by default
(Aside from the ones you unlock via in-game store points or Showcase).

Batista is set to "Contract" for some reason and it messes with custom MyGM lists.

I assume it is some MyFaction unlockable, but not 100% sure on that, as I could not find him anywhere in that mode.

For future reference, if you want to discover how to unlock wrestlers, go to options -> roster -> edit superstar. All wrestlers that are unlockable other than the shop ones will have an icon that tells you where to get them.

Make a custom roster. There you can change the status of all the wrestlers in mygm.

No you can't, because he is locked (yes, even in a custom roster, which is what this problem is about).

You can't change his roster status, unless you unlock him or somehow disable him (if that is possible). That was the case for most of the other locked Superstars as well.

That's the core of the problem.
I would like to change his status. It's just not possible.

Ah. Probably have to be unlocked via showcase 1st. Either that or Batista is one you have to buy from the in game 'shop'. If you have deluxe or above, the 'shop' isn't applicable.

In either case, once you have unlocked him via those modes, you should be able to change his status in mygm.

Edit: Ok, so I just started a new mygm to have a look at a brand new custom roster. I have 2 Batistas, both of whom are unlocked and able to change their status. Not sure how I arrived at that, but odds are showcase was involved. I only do showcase to unlock stuff, so it's possible I did a match or two with him in it without remembering.

I unlocked everything I could from Showcase and in the Shop (the in-game one).

Did you by any chance unlock something in MyFaction or have some DLC? (I don't have any DLC and don't do MyFaction, unless I have to for Unlocks. That wasn't the case so far though.)

For clarification: There are two Batistas, but one is locked and it looks like this in-game (I changed all other Men to "Inactive", as far as that was possible, to make it clearly visible): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3324851909

As you can see, the Status is not changeable, but set to "Contract" for some reason. It's only Batista though, all other locked characters are set to "Inactive", as you can see in the example here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3324851883

Oh wow, thanks. I didn't know that.
So I guess I have to see where and when to unlock him in MyFaction then.
