Also, update Windows to the latest version.
Bad on Win10 because the last three updates are broken without a fix in sight - Microsoft already knows - I had to uninstall those three updates and Win11 is trash for gaming, especially this new major update 24H2 - if OP has the problem stated above, their Security Permissions are messed up from rolling back Win versions, especially if they are not using a Local Account and using an MS Account (for the record, rolling back is not recommended if said update was not a major update - you only rll back major updates as minor updates can be removed through Windows Update).
My PC should be able to run the game fine, and it has been running fine up until a month ago.

Yeah, my account name is five characters but it's always been five characters. As for the windows updates, I might as well reinstall them. I thought they were the problem but even after rolling back, the game is still being problematic.
Question: if I uninstall and reinstall the game, will I lose my custom CAWs; ones made by myself and ones downloaded from the community? It's the only thing I haven't done yet because I'm worried I'd lose my stuff.
I am facing this issue since upgrading to Windows 11 24H2 as well. The entire PC freezes after launching the game and this is only with WWE 2K24, literally no other game. I have to force restart the pc and hope it would work this time.
My PC has 7800x3d, 32GB DDR5 6000MHz and RTX 4070 Super and I am on Windows 11 Pro 24H2.
(Please note: You need both the x86 and x64 versions of these files, if you are using ARM64, you only need that version and not the x86); please also note to install both VC Redistro's first and then restart your PC - two restarts is sometimes needed in some instances.

If this helps, here are the VC Redistros (with version tags) that are installed on my system (minus those top two as I messed up - okay, all fixed):

(For the record if anyone was wondering, SteamWorks VC Redistros has every single redistribution created so the proper venue is only having 12 Redistributables - or in the case of ARM64 systems, 6 total - yet seemingly SteamWorks Redistros lack the updated VC's tis why these recommendations → Please Note: for non-Steam games, you will need the proper VC's (sometimes specific versions) in order to run the game(s) properly, although this is mainly seen with much older titles).
Sometimes, "Repair" works and will update the current versions in "Programs & Features" but sometimes it will not work; nevertheless, you must restart the PC after updaing these things.
