How does the crowd reactions work?

I've been trying to figure out how the crowd works in respects to cheering or boo-ing. The crowd boos any superstar regardless if they win or lose. The rock hasn't lost a fight and he still gets boo-ed relentlessly. If anyone knows how to win the crowd over please share how, I kinda feel sad watching undertaker get bullied by the crowd for no reason.
