Custom matches on match table in universe

Hi, so when i change the match table in universe, my universe uses none of my custom match types. i made sure to remove all default match types and only use my customs. Am i doing something wrong? or is this broken?

I increased matches per show and have some custom matches in the table. These trigger for me occasionally ( I have them set at 5% or 10%). I noticed that it uses up at least 4 of the matches for rivalries on rival actions on every show before using the match table.
So would try having more matches per show, this works for me.
p.s. I have AI rivalries off and make manual rivalries, but it still does rivalry actions for 4 matches as well.
