Server down?

So for the past few days, whenever I'm in MyFaction, the game will hang during loading, and a message will come up saying "Unable to communicate with the WWE 2K24 servers at this time. Please try again later. Client : 2 Server: 0." But when I check the 2K website, it says the servers are up and running. Anyone know what causes this?

No idea, but you're not the only one with issues, I haven't even been able to try to launch MyFaction. Sucks, I haven't been able to check out any of the live events because of it.

I just started getting this now.
Also the servers have been super slow for me the past couple of days and I've had to restart often to connect online.

my son has just been having this issue, tried his account on my pc and the same issue, tried my account on his PC and mine and it works fine, so for some reason it does not like his account

mine just sits on the MY FACTION loading screen forever now

man 2k make the buggest games in the world

havnt been able to play in 2 days (live service games are such trash)
