Publicity? Marketing? Don't want bad rap?

Thing is people want him in game, and people getting angry if he's not in the game.
It's not the other way around, such if he's in game, this is bad bad bad.

It's the marketing team the WWE brand marketing team making these decisions?
People want him in the game, see more people getting angry if he's not in the game.
So to the brand marketing, might wanna recheck your data, recheck your decision and the outcome of what you expect feedback wise. I think get worse feedback excluding not including him.

I think it is not 2k's decision to make and defínetly on the WWE itself.
He is in the game but not unlockable.

Wiki says he’s on hiatus due to a lawsuit originally planned was for him to be in this years RR to be eliminated by Dom and they would go 1 on 1 at EC Perth. The could patch him in if he’s cleared and the lawsuit ends. A similar thing happened with Enzo Amore I think.

Brock will 100% be in community creations the first week. Benoit was in the entire life of 2k23.

You can play against him in showcase mode but he is completely unplayable everywhere else. But im sure people will mod him in and have a custom character for him almost day one

i read that brock is in the showcase but you cant play as him in sp only in showcase mode.

Do you need a company to make that decision for you? They are obviously still paying him royalties to be in the game. How do you feel about being innocent until proven guilty in a court of law?

It ain't that deep Kev this is how the world is nowadays putting Brock in the game would get a lot of negative press that's it more hassle than it's worth to 2K
