Failure to Download Custom Character?

Has anyone run into the problem where you try to download a character from Community Creations and the "Downloading" bar appears for a second or two, but then disappears and the character isn't downloaded?

Was tryin' to download a Rhyno that needed Wade Barrett and Hollywood Hogan, if that somehow makes any sort of difference.

There is an amazing Josh Alexander in CC. I've tried to download him, but I have the same thing happen. It's only been the case with him and maybe 2 other CCs. It should be fixed but I'm not to worried about it. 99% of the CCs I've tried to download have had no issue.

There's a lot of "This content is damaged" going around, including between a friend and I, and support is being obtuse, and blaming my network, as usual for a game support.

They have to eliminate all possible reasons of it being on your side before it goes to the developers.

I made a guy using The Manifestation entrance template before I unlocked it in MyRise, and upon upload it kept saying it was damaged, when clearly it wasn't. Clearing MyRise fixed it. I'm blaming weird bugs and erroneous error messages.

The template is available by default, just not its components. No I did not hack it. Dev's goof or whatevs.

Came to report this and that the limited memory bug is back, or never was fixed. Good job 2K.

Yes I’ve had the OPs original problem with the ‘most downloaded’ (ironically) version of psychosis if 2k want to go replicate it- no I’m not logging another ticket for your product.

There’s another version of the error as someone pointed out that says ‘content damaged’…I think that was most downloaded version of brock lesnar I forget.

I informed the ticket folks who email back with those Qs that I’m not looking to be 2k Qa or support or trawl through the non searchable bug list.

I politely asked the 2k guy to replicate it. my time = money that I don’t want to spend more of for their bug. I stated I have informed them….now it’s on 2k.

They escalated the ticket.
