My GM Expand the roster after the season begins

Hi, is there somewhere you can edit the roster in the middle? So far I only know that you can create your own when you start.

After PPV (refuse to default use the corpo term PLE) events in GM mode you should have the option to trade with other brands. There is also a free agent pool in GM mode. You can go in there and set search conditions for a fee. That will bring up a list of wrestlers who match your search criteria. You can then hire them from there.

No, I don't mean trading after a PLE.
I mean the entire roster in GM. So whether it is possible to continue transferring characters into GM mode without having to start a new save game.
