You want to say "Yes" to this as your save data is still from the previous version of the game and is not compatible with the new patch. It will then update your save data to work with the updated game.

I've noticed a new bug since the last update.
When my opponent irish whips me over the ropes i'll be standing on the apron dazed but my opponent just stands there doing nothing until i get back in the ring.
They seem a bit more confused in general to be honest.

A.I. is broken. Physics of plenty of moves is bugged. Seems like someone sabotage the game from within. Adding a character shouldn't be breaking a game this bad.

2K is more focused on adding cards behind a paywall than fixing the game.

I've noticed this in tag team matches where the ai just stands there. really hope they release patch 1.12 soon, it's ridiculous how the game has been out 5 months and every patch so far only breaks the game more. unless they want to rename this 2k20 part 2 lol

its obvious and done on purpose to force you to buy cards etc

Buying cards wouldn't make the Live Events any easier. They are challenging, but beatable. Just need to form a strategy.

Tag team matches are completely unplayable now for me since this update took place.
