Cant control character in MyRise

Started when during down up down up segment when played against woods on the game with his created character zero i thought it was a one off thing but it continued into the actual match with woods cant control my character im switched controls and enabled steam input ive also disabled steam input and still nothing i was able to control character in play now

Controls don’t work in MyRise mode

After starting a first match in the MyRise Undisputed mode, I can’t control my character. Both keyboard and gamepad don’t work. Buttons don’t appear during reversal moments either. But everything works just fine in other modes, like regular matches or Universe modes. How can I fix this?

i get this too,as soon as my wrestler makes his way to the ring ,i can no longer use my wired controller or my keyboard,(esc key doesnt work)

No control in MyRise

Just played four hours of the male MyRise with no issues, after trying but the game not recognizing any controllers for the female MyRise. I won a bunch of MyFaction cards for going to Mexico in the story, so I exited the mode to check them out in MyFaction. I played no matches, nor did I turn off my computer or change any settings. I exited MyRise, opened MyFaction, looked at the reward cards in MyFaction, then went back to MyRise. My game save is there, everything loads up correctly, until you get to the entrances and now no 1P controller is acknowledged. The game I have been playing all day no longer recognizes the controller that I have been using all day, in the game mode I have been playing all day, or any other controller that I've tried to use in the subsequent troubleshooting attempts to see why this specific game mode is now broken. This is not a case of my drivers, or my computer settings, I was playing the game and it stopped recognizing the controller I'm using for MyRise when I exited the mode and saved then tried to return to play. It does not happen in any other mode except MyRise, the other modes have no controller issues for me. I have sent a ticket, I have not heard anything

Same problem here with the female MyRise. I cannot even pause the game with my pad.

MyRise Controls Default Back To Keyboard

Anyone else experiencing this? When a match starts in MyRise, the controls default to the keyboard, and I can't control anything with the controller except the menus after pressing esc for the pause menu.

I don;t see an option in the pause menu to switch to my controller. No other modes or even sections of MyRise are affected. I can control everything else with my controller just fine.

Win11, Xbox One Controller, RTX3090, 64GB RAM

I noticed my game always recognizes the keyboard as player one. DO you have any other solutions besides disconnecting my keyboard from the USB port?

How does it make sense to add a pop up window to this game informing me that this game needs a controller and make me connect a controller in order to start the game.... Then when I'm in a match on (MyRise) it switches from controller to KB&M AND I CANT SWITCH IT BACK!!!!

Yeah this is stupid, usually it works fine if you plug your controller before you start the game so it detects it as the main input or something, really annoying (problem since ages)

Plug your controller and then start the game. Try not to move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard, I think it's cause then it detects the controller as the main input if you use that first in game. It switched to keyboard for me today too but then I restarted the game while I already had the controller plugged in and touched nothing but it and it worked fine

Controller not working on my rise

Has this happen to anyone where your controller works the entire time in showcase mode, gm mode and in play mode but as soon as you select myrise and load in your controller stops working and the game only accepts keyboard inputs?? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I play keyboard and this happens to me. Everything works fine until MyRise.

this has been a problem since 2k22, it sometimes switches you to keyboard controls. close the game, launch steam in big picture mode, unplug your keyboard, then start the game. when you're done play plug your keyboard back in

this works (simply unplugging the keyboard before launching the game). But damn, really? It's unacceptable. Game is kinda expensive and it never gets fixed for at least 2 years now

Same is happening to me after a couple of hours with no problems suddenly I can control my char from the start of a new match.
