What does mean this dice icon in MyGM?
Some wrestlers in my roster, in MyGM mode, suddenly have an icon that represents the face 5 of a dice.
You can have examples on these screenshots[i37.servimg.com].

What does it mean?

But in all serious, it means that it has something to do with a currently in progress "Shake Up". Press "Y" for the GM Assistant screen and go to Shake Ups.

For example, I currently have the "Basics of the ring" shake up, so the dice symbol appears above every Tables / Submission / Hell in a Cell match to remind me.

My GM mod is what i prefer in this game !

Same for me, besides some Exhibition matches.
And devs have improved it so much compared to “2K23”.
