Stuck at First Loading Screen

So, I've been able to play the game for a few hours, albeit with a few annoying bugs popping up every now and then (both AI as well as my own character unable to move for upwards of 15 seconds at random moments during the match being one of the more egregious examples). However, after my most recent crash, I've been unable to boot up the game and have it proceed past the initial loading screen. Doubt it's a loading/buffering issue, because I've let it sit at the screen for 10 minutes to see if anything changes, to no success. The game is also loaded on an SSD, so hard drive isn't the issue.

My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x 8-Core Processor
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
32 GB of RAM
Windows 11

And yes, first thing I did was update my drivers. Even after that, the game refuses to go past the first loading screen. I've validated the files, and even completely reinstalled the game to no avail. I'm struggling to see what's changed from being able to play one minute, to being completely inoperable the next.

Also, in case it is relevant somehow, I was in the middle of a cutscene on the female MyRise playthrough where the game first crashed.

Have you checked that nothing is blocked by your firewall?

No luck. Had a momentary breakthrough by opening up the task manager and ending the crash pad helper task that opens with the game. I was able to play for a while after doing that. Unfortunately, it only worked one time. Tried the same exact tactic again, and it's back to the infinite loading screen.

My game didn't crash. I simply exited to take break. So it wasn't caused by a crash on my end. HOWEVER, I was playing MyRise.

I was only able to get passed the load screen once since taking a break earlier, but then the controller didn't want to work so I exited again. Then it stopped working at all. Even without the controller it wont get passed the warning screen.

I can't get passed the Press Any Button screen if my controller is plugged in, if its unplugged I can use KB&M to get on the game.

PS5. Yes it works. It worked yesterday. And it works on other games as long as I launch through Big picture mode. Basically since their patch in evening the game stopped working.
