Headsman's Axe

The Headsman's Axe is an item you can get very early in the game, and it comes with a free Intimidate card: a card that drops well before you have the Momentum to use it.

My suggestion, devs, if you are revisiting this item's balance, is to make this axe as a rarer, higher tier item. Getting Intimidate is a massive bonus, though. I see where you are going in terms of theme, but it's just a fairly common axe and it's one you are supposed to use on somebody that cannot move.
