Launch Day FAQ: Short Answers To The Big Questions
Hey folks,

I figured it was time to update the FAQ seeing as we're now launched and live.
Here's some short answers to big questions but if you have anything further you want to ask about please feel free to do so in the comments below.

Q: What is Knights in Tight Spaces?
A: A tactical deckbuilding game set in the same universe as Fights in Tight Spaces, with medieval themes and dynamic combat.

Q: Do I need to play Fights in Tight Spaces to enjoy Knights in Tight Spaces?
A: No, Knights is standalone. There’s a tutorial for newcomers and fans alike.

Q: How challenging is the game?
A: Balanced for all skill levels. Start with Noble or Honorable for beginners, or Brave, Hardy, and Heroic for a roguelike challenge.

Q: How long does it take to finish the campaign?
A:
5 to 10 hours, depending on difficulty and side quests. Progress saves between fights and turns.

Q: How do I recruit party members?
A:
Start solo, recruit up to 2 members from Taverns or after quests. It's up to you when and who to recruit.

Q: Can I draft my own deck or do I always start with a pre-made one?
A:
Yes, enable deck drafting to pick your first 12 cards and customize your build.

Q: How do I unlock new cards?
A:
Level up by gaining experience. Even failed runs earn progress.

Q: Can I play the game solo?
A:
Yes, solo is possible but harder. Recruiting is optional.

Q: Are there any class specific abilities?
A:
Yes, 4 starting classes and 4 unlockable ones, each with unique strengths and gear options.

Q: Are there plans for post-launch content and DLC’s?
A:
Yes, post-launch support with patches, balance updates, and community-driven changes.

Q: How can I share feedback on the game?
A:
Use Steam's Discussion Forums or join our Discord: https://discord.gg/fights-in-tight-spaces-593465873575051317

Where do I see hotkeys for the game? I'd like to use a hotkey for the "show exits" button

Guys, you didn't leave any feedback form, so I leave it here.
PLEASE! Make character switch more responcive and indication of currently picked character more obvious. I've already lost ton of HP on my run just because game ignored my click on another character and did not notice it.

Clarification on that one: it's SUPER counterintuitive that you cannot change your character if card is selected.
But also even if card is not picked, character click is just ignored.
I agree: the character switch mechanism is not as elegant as it could be. I'm really used to Lady 11 as a solo act, so I have some bias. But to be safe, I'm always clicking on the character I want, checking that the cards raise up, and then picking a card. That works, but it's extra clicking, and it does get confused if you pick the card first and then later change your mind regarding tactics.

Hope ya'll will consider different avatar choices on character select. For example; Blacksmith skin unlock for Brawler class. The game is fantastic and I can't wait to pour double the hours into this as I have into FITS!

Equipment should state it is using both hands or not...i mean, it makes somewhat sense for bows, but the forge didn't imply I can't wear it, but I couldn't wear it due to the equipped bow.
