how to talk in game or activate push to talk ?

Q: (Quest) My microphone is not working!
A: First make sure your microphone is not muted in system settings. There is a known issue with Quest system software where the microphone stops working and can only be fixed with a headset reboot.

Q: (PCVR) My microphone is not working!
A: Make sure you have the correct input device (e.g. Oculus Virtual Microphone) selected in Windows audio system settings.

There's also a radio on your left shoulder that you need to grab with the grip buttons.

Are you asking about the radio comms? If you grab near your mouth you activate that and your whole team will hear you clearly. When you release you'll hear a beep to confirm.

is there Push to talk ? i found how to talk but yeah my entire family is here

i didnt know than there is a radio but good to know , do you know if i can put push to talk ?

Your mic is always live in the game's voice chat. No in-game way to change that.
