my hand keeps slipping off the gun

does anyone know why my left hand that holds the grip keeps slipping off my hand and then i have you click my grip again

I'm assuming you're using a Meta headset because this is common. You need to go to the game's Properties -> Betas and pick the OculusXR build of the game. If after that your hands aren't tracking you need to go to the Meta Link settings -> General and set Meta to be your OpenXR default.

If you're using Virtual Desktop there are some different steps. Go to the VD settings and try making VDXR your OpenXR default.
