Same content aside from the 8-player lobbies. This is actually a Quest-first game that has a nicer looking PC version.

Anyone know if you purchased the SteamVR version, if you the Meta store version is free? Or does it require a 2nd purchase?

There is no crossbuy for the game. You have to purchase it separately for the two platforms.
