Like the new variety of blocks so starting with the good.

Big buts coming though...
1: What's with the NPC's falling from above like something out of a Michael Bay Transformers movie?
2: Can we have an option to turn the new target indicators on HUD off? Every enemy now has a big red "enemy here" icon over them even through terrain. It's even giving range info.

The point of an exploration survival game(as described when I bought it) is not knowing exactly what's over the next hill. I have no problem with it being an option for players wanting a sandbox experience that Payload seem to be going out of their way to service now but no option to turn that off? Before the rework on the sensors you had to ping to just get a direction of an NPC close. Now we have the compass showing us "they that way!" miles out, annoying music popping to announce "Enemy close" miles out and now as if that wasn't enough of a helping hand big red icon right over them? I did notice you dropped the "Survival" part off the product description but you're stretching the "explore your surroundings" and "adventure game" description a bits now too.

The game will never be what is was meant to be. The ship is being steered by a different crew headed to a different destination. Where we thought we were headed fades further and further into the distance.

Yeah, imo they should just rename it Terratech 2 and get it over with. At least that'd stop wasting our time. Like I was over 500 hours in before 0.6 rework so safe to say I got my moneys worth. Just annoying when you see potential there and the Dev studio just go "Nope" and head the other way :steamfacepalm:
