i am trying to find how to make THE STUFF for the launch pad later missions. driving a little insane so any help would be we receved. thank you ,

Currently, for version 0.6 The Launch Pad is crafted using Resources made at the Chemical Plant, 'Petroleum Barrels' are made into 'Synthetic Polymer'. The Recipe for The Launch Pad is
12 Aluminum Ingots
12 Synthetic Polymer
9 Sodium Powder
15 Silicon Wafer

I Seem to have misread your post. 'Oxoacid' is made at the Combiner. The Combiner can be crafted at the Advanced Fabricator.
Oxoacid is made with 5 Chlorine Ampules and 5 Sulfer Cake at the Combiner
