and where to look for it?

I've even destroyed arctic boss, and made all tasks on it but didn' find it...

...and it is strictly needed for further base expansion...

Iirc, you need a scanner to find anything relieable in the underground.

I didn't know that, otherwise I wouldn't find ANY other hidden resources xD

As far as I can tell it won't change anything even after do find it. I'm kinda stuck there as well. The only active mission showing is the launch pad and printer still won't let make anything that will help with that. No indication that I should head for the desert either. And shouldn't there be a Bastion mission here as well?
