small cargo block? how do i make that?*solved*

There is no option to make that in modul fabricator in the beginning???
My tech getting max size now on parts from other techs..found medium storage.. but i really want to progress the missions.... so

How the heck do i make small storage ? when there is no option for this... can not scroll trough parts as you can with workbench

You need to buy a license for it first. Go to your tech yard, cick blockpedia -> storage -> purchase the license for crafting

Afair the game tells you about it in the mission brief, no? I dont remember now.

it does not tell that.. it say build it in module fabricator only i think

'oh now i see it say.. they assume i have license for it... ok ok .. my bad:)

hm it say cannot be licend on the small cargo block .. hmm can not buy it
nm.. i see i have not claimed any of the former missions so i had no BB .. now i got :)

you need to claim the quest reward for the copper refining, you can do that by going to your objectives and clicking on your quest once its completed and you should be able to claim the reward.

They force you to go a certain route, didnt we start with one in the demo or wasnt it easier to get a part drop from one of the techs.

So I have the license for it but where do you craft it?? I noticed the poster said modular fabricator but I can’t find that anywhere

There's a flat topped cube block you build in your workbench called a 'Block Fabricator.'
Should really be called 'Vehicle Block Fabricator.'
It builds all the blocks you have unlocked.

that takes 21 silicon, which seems to be really hard to get from rocks.. i got 2 after 15 minutes. I must be missing something here right?

look up the 20+ other threads mentioning silicon ^^ Well, either farm quartz in the blue mushroom three / lightning zone, or use a fragmenter to improve droprate.

also remeber to make silos and connected to conduits so you do not have to stand manually put in stuff on your machines:)
i just noticed that option lol.. so much time i could have saved :) .. even these conduits are messy and slow and sometime have to be resett by picking up silo or factory when they get stuck.. it still better then manually feed factories

@Gewoon Jason for silicon, Rocks and Quartz, thing about Rocks dont let them break or attack the seam, destroy whole. Doing this might net you 1+ per attempt but at least the odds are better than breaking them into sections.

rocks are waste of time.. those more whiteish quartz at blye mushroom forest are way better as everyone say:) ..
