Mirror parts?

Is there a way to mirror parts?
Like the small wheel has a side connection and one to forward facing side but not an the back, so on one side of the vehicle you can connect someting to the front and on the other side only at the back.
Makes it very awkward to use and also sort of breaks being able to make symetry builds.
Or is there a button to mirror it so the connection faces the other way? Did not find anything in keybinds.
