Why is the game not fullscreen? I can hardly see it!

There's a big black bar on the left and right side of the screen, like this game won't go full screen. I can hardly read the text in game, it's very small, dim and hard to see. It's like the resolution is wrong or something. If I try the game windowed, the window is very tiny and my mouse curser disappears, I can't maximize the window. Is there a way to fix this so the full screen mode actually covers the entire screen left to right or did I just waste $50 ?

Game works full-screen for me. It started at 1024x768 resolution for some reason, I went into the graphics/video options (whatever they called it) and set it to my maximum screen resolution and it worked.

Where are the graphics/video options? I didn't see any in the game or the game folder. I tried every resolution on my computer settings none of them work right with the game. My computer is 1920 x 1080 resolution normally with a 17.3" screen. It's a brand new computer. What could be wrong?

Graphic video options are in the option menu. Here you can also change the resolution.
We will investigate why there are some problems with this. Currently we just know this is related to some AMD/ATI cards.

My video card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M I didn't see any options in the video settings in the game to change the resolution but I'll check again, thank you.

Oh wow ok now I found it "Advanced Video" I didn't see that at first. I had to turn up the resolution and set all the other options to "Very High" and now the game looks great! Thank you very much! :)

FYI, there is a key combination to switch to fullscreen / windowed : alt + enter.

Thanks I did try that key combination at first, but it still didn't look right until I turned up the video settings in the game. Thank you for the reply comment, though. :)
