it has that cheesey feel to it , like one of those old Indiana Jones movies from back in the day.
As for similar games ?
Uncharted series are coming to PC soon, Sony confirmed it afaik. I'll see if i can find more similar ones and add them to this post.
PS : You mentioned Indiana Jones. Indy getting a new game made by Machine Games as well

lets just hope its not just disney garbage
what i like about deadfall, compared to the other games is the ego perspective, thats adding alto to it i think
1. Damnation
2. The ball
3. hunted: the demon's forge
The Uncharted games are very good, especially the first three in my opinion.(Lost Legacy was my least favorite) First three are great, fourth game is very good too but its writing changed hands apparently and I don't think it was as good as it could have been had the same writers of the earlier series been involved. They play great especially the PS4 remastered versions.
Someone mentioned Pathway somewhere else. I've been interested in that one but have never played it yet. It looks pretty good and it has this same era theme but its a turn-based game, make your own adventure kind of thing if I'm not mistaken.
Tombraider 2013 is a great game in my opinion. I loved playing as Lara in the leather aviator jacket and on PC it runs and looks great. I played the sequel which was pretty good too. I never played the third game however. It seems like it may be okay but its hard to tell by the reviews. It sounds like there's much less combat and much more tomb puzzles and challenge.
I recently started to get into Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb. Its pretty good and the music is great. It takes some getting used to the game's quirky control scheme and somewhat janky nuances but its a good Indiana Jones game. I found a controller mod for the game that has helped somewhat but takes some getting used to. Its probably easier at times to play it just with mouse and keyboard.
I have not played it since back when it came out but I remember enjoying Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine. I never completed it but I had a lot of fun with that game back when. Its on GOG.com which I'd love to play it again.
A game that has become one of my favorites over the years that came out on the PS4 is The Order: 1886. In my humble opinion the game is an absolute gem of a game and a small masterpiece. Exceptional writing, voice acting, story(blending Arthurian legend with an alternate yet believable Victorian era British setting involving the Queen's elite military guard) multi-faceted conspiracy, solid cover-based 3rd person shooter, amazing atmosphere and an exquisite game engine. I played it twice and hope to play it again. Its a game deserving of a sequel. Its a little short but I'm the kind of player who likes to absorb and take in the game environments and details and take my time. As a result I can probably get and easy thirty hours out of it. Playing it a second time I also picked up on some details that I did not see the first time.
Crimson Skies for PC was also an excellent game I loved back in the day. 1930s era alternate universe where civilization emphasized air travel and the world is full of sky pirates, nerdowells and air gangs. I'd love to play it again and from what I've read, it can be made to run on Windows 7 so perhaps there is a work around for later operation systems as well. Its a combat flight game with strong narrative and interesting mission types.
I've been enjoying a game called Cursed Mountain on PC. I bought it on Gamer's Gate. You play a mountaineer trying to find his brother. Its a supernatural horror kind of game but also a third person adventure game set in the Himalayas. Unfortunately its locked at 30 fps as I think it was originally a Wii game of all things and I've never found a work around. However it still plays just fine at 30fps.
Wolfenstein 2009 is a fps that I like. I enjoy it more than the later Wolfenstein games. Its a quality fps but with all of the mysterious occult Nazi themes going on and similar to Deadfall Adventures, you upgrade over time supernatural abilities to mix with the gun combat. Its sort of a hub-based world too where you can travel back and forth between missions.
Curse: The Eye of Isis is sort of a resident evil, third person action adventure game. Admittedly I've not gotten far in the game but I liked what I saw of the initial setting taking place in a British museum in the late 19th century as an explorer and investigator carrying about your lamp, weapons and items needed to progress.
Sabek3000 mentioned Adam's Ventures. I played some of the original and enjoyed it. Its not a combat game I don't think, mostly and adventure and puzzle solving as well as being a faith-based, more lighthearted experience. The newer versions look like a decent puzzle platforming adventure.
Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishment has been a lot of fun albeit it is not a combat game but it has excellent settings and atmosphere.
It may seem odd for me to add it here but one of my all time favorite WW2 games is the Hidden and Dangerous series especially with the culmination of Hidden and Dangerous 2. Excellent third person and first person military/tactical shooter. Its not without flaws but Illusion Softworks did what few can in creating immersive and atmospheric renderings of the genre and bringing out a texture and quality that just makes it special. It has great desert, arctic, jungle, urban and other unique locations as you fight the Germans, Italians and Japanese in interesting locales.
Though in a different universe, Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is a great adventure game. It is very much in the vein of an Uncharted Game. It has overall fun combat but at its core it has a great adventure that unfolds, full of ancient mystery and great level design and exploration. It also has really fun platforming and large levels to explore its nook and crannies finding items and lore.
I have never played it but La-Mulana looks to be an interesting, explorer platformer with a similar theme.
but not as much as indiana jones and the infernal maschine, that one is great, plays sort of the same as the first 3 original Tombraider games but imo is much better only disatvantage is, laras backside was nicer than indys ;)
