Missing Honey Box Blue Print?

I'm in Year 2 Spring, and I believe Marry used to sell the honey box blue print. I passed on buying it at first, but now when I've gone to buy it Marry is no longer selling it. Does she have it in specific seasons? I just want to make sure I can fill the honey bundle! Thanks for any help!
