Problems with act III scene XI

After i completed the sequence with xanadu, i couldn't do anything ? has anyone yet had this problem besides me ?

I'm having some problems with it too. I can select gate and down fine, but if I click on anything for the description the game stops responding. It doesnt freeze, I am just unable to move or select anything. Restaring the game does not solve this problem. I looked aroud a bit and couldn't find anyone that is talking about this or has a solution. If anyone knows how to fix this please post how. This game is amazing and I want to get to the end of the act.

I read Arsenic Blarg has already tried but:
My game got stuck when Shannon calls for a tow; second scene as far as I remember, with the very same symptoms. I terminated the game via Task Manager and restarted it. Everything went fine then, I only had to replay the scene.

I have the same problem. after the whole xanadu thing, I am back in the hall of the mountain king, I can go down to the truck, but every other action is freezes the game in a non-interactive state. please fix this, love the game!

the same problem, nothing happens after starting of scene XI. restarting game does not help at all.

I had to restart a few times in that section. It seemed to happen when I was leaving, if I clicked on anything else besides the gate and then the down arrow, I was stuck.
