The "TV Edition" ... will be available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.We'll release it at the same time as we update the PC version with Act 5, which we're planning to do in the early part of 2018.

The "planning" is referring to the date; that the release is going to be simultaneous for all platforms seems more certain.
