Act IV Broken

*Minor spoilers ahead*

While I was progressing through Act IV, I happened upon a few scenes that simply would not trigger. The first one happened at the gas station: you are given a choice to have Ezra stay on the boat and explore the map room, or to follow Junebug and Johnny into the station. I clicked to have Ezra follow, and, then, nothing happened. Nothing at all. I left it for a couple of minutes before quitting and coming back into the game. But, when I continued the act, the Mammoth simply continued down the river, completely skipping that scene of the story.

I tried restarting the act, and clicking through until I got to the choice again, but making the same choice brought the same problem: nothing happened until I reloaded. So, I reloaded a third time, and I got to the scene with Ezra in the map room.

Okay, at least the story was progressing, but I ran into this problem a couple more times in Act IV (and not in any of the other acts, mind you), at diferent choices--"A Phone" and "A Grove", and even when there was no choice--the problem came up again at Sam and Ida's. In effect, this completely skipped each whole scene, and left me out of part of the story, a good deal of Act IV, all told.

Needless to say, this was frustrating, and it definitely pulled me out of the experience. But, has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know a fix for it?

I haven't encountered this during any of my playthroughs of the act, but I'd email the devs to let them know so they can fix any issues. They might be able to take a look at your save file, too, and figure out why stuff is behaving strangely.
