help with master of evocation

so I get him almost dead and I have full health but then suddenly I get one Shot? every time. it says "you run away to recover from your injuries caused by the cursed necless? is there some hidden stat that the boss is using that causes my equipment to kill me?

Cursed items will constantly drain your health, think of it as anti rege. what happens is that the master likely casts big bang or another nuke spell (whose namei can't remember from the top of my head), this trigger your phoenix that resurrects you, then your necklace' negative regen kills you again as a result causing what seems like a one-shot caused by the necklace. if you check the necklace' tooltip you will notice the hp drain on it.

no I figured it out. he has a instant death spell that is on a 60 second timer and you need to cast dispell to remove it
