P.S all you need rn to complete 4 new dungeon, but to do this you will need a kill master of enchant and evocation(30 lvl) and also kill 3 monster in next dungeon to unlock divination tree. And maybe grind new events.
P.SS Also get a swift start if you wanna build cost a little cheaper ( You need to kill Ancient Headmaster ( Basement F3) under 12 min,and retire, building cost slower in 20%
My production multiplier is 1.87% now. I'm using charm + regen + the third nature spell to farm about 125 monstium every 20 seconds.
It will take about 45 minutes to get 16k for a single upgrade. Thus, this game rewards you for not playing it, because only using the x2 or x7 multiplier, you can actually proceed.
At some point of time, I'll have enough apprentices + mana to farm higher levels increasing the speed of getting monstium. Right now, I get the most out of this game by not playing it -.-.
However, it also depends on certain builds.
If you go to the thunder place.
There is a random event which might assist you with the monstrium you are lacking.
Primary school and element Protection - Lightning
Real world time played (this run): 02:08:53
Real world time since starting this run: 19 days, 10:20:16
Total times retired: 21
Global research multiplier 184x
Global production multiplier 3.20x
but i'm have around 54 events of 94 rn....
Pick a new school so that you get the level of that school up as well for more bonuses and unlock more stories.
More stories = faster progress
Higher max school levels = faster progress
soon enough you will blow through ur current bottleneck and make it to the next one ... rinse and repeat till you get to the end of the game.
I've managed to beat that boss using nature. The key was not playing for a very long time and then using twice x8 speed while buring 30.000 time pieces. Retiring does not solve that issue, because I've been stuck at the same monstium grind for all 4 retirements. An increase of very few % only worsens the issue. I don't know if th breeding solves the issue, but I guess that I won't run into it again, because it's more likely that I won't play anymore unless I have time pieces in the bank. I'm kinda disappointed that I had to stop playing the game in order to enjoy it.
The Breeding will be 90% of your monstium income, and as Breeding level increaes you can send them to later dungeons, thus earning more monstium. The more creatures you have, the faster the monstium will come in. If you can get breeding high enough to allow the creatures into the tower of lightning you will be gaining monstium at a really good clip for early game, and any later dungeons you won't be waiting long at all.
Heck in the final dungeon of the game you will be 100k+ in seconds.
There is also an event in the lightning tower itself that pits you against a purple sprite that will forcibly silence you when the fight starts, beat it, and you will get a permanent X2 Monstium income storyline bonus.
I killed the sprite but it said the gem had no power and I didn't get credit for this storyline. What is the deal with that? I can't even find it on the stats list.
