Final Boss of the Magic Tournament
Any tips? I got them down to about 10k, but was silenced then I get hit by a big holy attack, or big bang.

Hello :

1/3 : he cast big bang => Protective Stun
2/3 : he cast big bang => Stun grenade
Just after, he will cast Silence : Phenix (Protection level48)
Just after, Critical Injury => Save by Phenix

Go make a coffee and wait :)

Do you use a specific primary element, apprentice spell list, armor, etc?

I think I used phoenix before the last cast, so I'll try it in that order, but I'm trying to make this as simple as possible since it's the only storyline I have blocked off now, I think.

I always dump my strengthening fully into dodge. Is that a bad call?

Edit: using phoenix last worked, but I'm still curious as to how others have beat him.

Strengthen attack delay. I had mine at 60
I set up 4 toolbars, for each phase of the fight. You will need evocation levelled to Big Bang.
First phase basically have all your buffs running, and big bang him (when he's not mirrored) to 200k.
In this phase you want the stun belt and whip, and rainbow armor.
He will dispel your buffs and summon and then cast big bang slowly, you will likely stun him out, but if not, use a stun bomb.
Once you stun him out, re-summon your highest summon and then minimize your DPS. You want to spend a long time between 200k down to 100k to get your summon cast ready.
Once your summon is ready again, then get ready to big bang him down to 100k.

At 100k, use time dilation. Stuff happens quickly here.
He will start to cast big bang, and I swap to my second toolbar. This has all my buffs that I want to re-cast because he will silence right away. At the bottom, after I cast my buffs, I summon mouse (short cooldown), and then have a stun ready in case my whip didn't stun him.
After he is stunned, I go to toolbar 3. He is about to silence you, so you need to swap loadouts to the whip + rainbow armor + silence token. After the silence hits, go back to the first loadout with the stun belt, and whip.
I then swap to toolbar three where I have all my buff pots. They are not needed the rest of the fight so I put them on now.
He will be casting two spells right after the silence while you are getting your buff pots. They will hit your mouse, and you will be silenced.
Then I swap to toolbar 4 which has my highest summon ready at the top for when silence is gone. I heal through his attacks, use my remaining stun, and wait out the silence. Once the silence is gone, re-summon, your apprentices will buff you, and you go back to nuking him with big bang and healing.
You could have a heavy defense loadout to swap too as well I guess after he silences you. I didn't need it.
