For the other ultimates, I would usggest aiming for Ultimate Evocation next, because once you ahve that, your Big Bang spell will oneshot the other ultimates if you get Evocation to 60. Please note, Big Bang is subject to accuracy checks, so don't try it on Illusion guy.
1: get evocation's ultimate boss storyline. you will need the extra damage.
2: have a "regular build" a "stun build" and an "I'm going to get silenced build"
3: pay attention to what they are about to cast. Time dilation helps a lot.
4: don't auto-use stuns or the last protection spell. keep them on quick cast slots.
5: keep a death protection necklace on hand for the temple of darkness
6: don't auto-cast evocation spells in the last area.
7; Try to get to 50 in all schools for the last area.
My stun build is the closest you get to "Anti-Silence" since silence has a bit of a cast time and you can just repeatedly stun them out of it with that build.
Just kept spamming Extinguish Life and used my two stuns to interrupt the worst attacks. Had all schools at about 32, same place as you.
When he silenced I healed through it using the two different health potions and berries--they each have their own cooldown timers.
EDIT: Did it again for the second time and the summon isn't even needed if you have all the protection spells up. Manually spammed all my poison spells throughout the fight which allowed enough ticks to kill the last phase through the silence (needed to wear the doom protection item).
An indirect way to increase it is to spam Dazzle (-35% accuracy on enemies) but the cooldown is slightly longer than the effect duration so there is a gap where enemies can still hit you. The other way is to grind Illusion to 48 for mass blur but it only lasts 5 seconds and costs 18k mana, I doubt that is sustainable, and regardless I have only ever reached lvl 45.
I'm curious how you did it, it sounds like a fun way to "break" the game.
Explenation in the spoiler; The reason his dodge is so high is because of Ultimate Illusion, a passive you earn from an even you unlock with a VERY high illusion. It pits you against the Master of Illusion a 2nd time, win and it increases the power of your illusion spells, allowing 100+% dodge.
Likewise, you can get more dodge from an upgrade mechanic you can unlock in the Temple of Darkness from Death, which allow you to spend Montruarum to boost certain stats, including dodge.
Note, that some enemies have access to attacsk that bypasses accuracy checks so late game bosses can nullify this.
