Breeding

I've finally gotten breeding and decided to do a retirement so I could try it out. I took it as my main skill on reset. But I see nothing that lets me use it. I have researched breeding to 11 so far. I was expecting to see a way to summon them or pens to raise them. How do I get my creatures?

I did not see the creature link on left side. In there it let me build pens and breed.

you need to unlock "Monstium" in Resources tab, until then you can see "Creatures" tab on the left tab. Then you need to invest Monstium to breed creature, which will earn Monstium by auto if you assign them. The amount depends on which dungeons you assigned.
You also need to build Creature Pen to increase the Max number of creature you can breed. Besides, you need to assign your researcher to the "Breeding" School to level up, which unlock the dungeon that you passed once by yourself.

I want to add that a requirement for using Breeding is also clearing the School Basement B1, since you can only send creatures to dungeons you have already cleared. This may also be something you may be missing.
